
“Ithikkara Komban” – A Heartwarming Tale Centered Around an Elephant, Capturing Children’s Hearts!
Stories featuring animals, where animals play the central role, have always been captivating and have turned into major blockbusters, especially for children. These animal-centric stories transcend language and appeal to audiences worldwide.
In this line, a new Malayalam film titled “Ithikkara Komban” is currently being made and is set to release in Tamil as well.
In this film, an elephant named Sadhu takes the lead role. The scenes and sequences involving the elephant are designed to captivate the hearts of children. This movie is produced by Sri Lakshmi Cine Productions under the guidance of Rajan Pappan and Sreela Vadakara.
Notable Malayalam actors such as Dini Tom, Tony, Kareena Kurup, Kesu, Sumeesh, and Sreeja play crucial roles in the film. Adding an interesting twist, Tamil actor Dakshan Vijay makes his Malayalam debut, playing the villainous character Thoothukudi Selvam. His performance, coupled with intense and impressive fight sequences, has left a strong impression on the audience.

The screenplay and direction are handled by K. Raju, who previously worked as an assistant director with the famous director Krishnaswamy. This film marks K. Raju’s debut as a director.
The music for “Ithikkara Komban” is composed by Pineesh Balakrishnan and Seenu Wayanad, with V.K. Pradeep handling the cinematography. The breathtaking scenes featuring the elephant are beautifully captured. The art direction is managed by Sabu Iranmala, and editing is done by Johnson Thomas. The action sequences are choreographed by Action Ashraf Gurukkal.
With the shooting now complete, post-production work is underway. “Ithikkara Komban” is shaping up to be an exciting film with a gripping storyline that will appeal to children and is perfect for family viewing.
